Did you know that Google updates its search algorithms around 500-600 times a year?

Fortunately for those of us in the SEO world, most of these have very little impact. However, sometimes Google rolls out ‘major’ changes and it’s really important to stay ahead of the game.

Most recently, Google increased the length of meta descriptions. A top tip: In order to make the most of available ‘shop window’ space in the search results, aim to keep all snippets between 230-300 characters.
